1jxl Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1jxl ("we", "us", "the Platform", "1jxl") governing your access to and use of the 1jxl online casino and sports betting platform, available at 1jxl.net and all associated mobile interfaces. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 1jxl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 1jxl platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or participating in any game — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance is legally equivalent to a signed written agreement.

These Terms apply to all services provided by 1jxl, including but not limited to: live dealer casino games, slot games, sports betting, virtual sports, promotional offers, loyalty programs, and customer support interactions. All supplementary rules, game-specific rules, and promotional terms referenced herein form part of this agreement.

If you are using the 1jxl platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that person accepts full responsibility for all activity conducted under that account.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 1jxl platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age threshold is set in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager while under the age of 21 is a serious violation of these Terms and of Philippine law. 1jxl employs age verification controls at registration and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to confirm age eligibility.

2.2 Jurisdiction & Residency

The 1jxl platform is intended for use by residents and nationals of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before registering and placing wagers. 1jxl does not warrant that its services are legal in all jurisdictions, and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and liability.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a 1jxl account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address;
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions and the 1jxl Privacy Policy;
• Not be a current or former employee of 1jxl, its affiliates, partners, or game providers;
• Not be self-excluded from 1jxl or any other gaming platform under an active self-exclusion period;
• Not be prohibited from participating in online gambling by any applicable court order, regulatory ruling, or legal prohibition.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active 1jxl account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal information, different email addresses, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1jxl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation. Refunds of deposits made to duplicate accounts will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 1jxl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 1jxl staff will never request your password or OTP codes via any communication channel. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to the 1jxl support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your name, address, contact number, or payment methods must be updated through the account settings panel or by contacting support. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

1jxl is required to conduct KYC verification for all accounts, particularly before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, or a selfie with your ID. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players and is designed to protect you from identity theft and unauthorized account access.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. 1jxl will notify you via email prior to applying any inactivity fees. An administrative fee of ₱100 per month may be deducted from inactive account balances after the notification period. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed without further notice.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1jxl currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven. Accepted payment methods may change without prior notice; the current list is always displayed on the 1jxl cashier page. All transactions must be conducted using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction on the 1jxl cashier. 1jxl does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposited funds are credited to your 1jxl account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Before your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed. Withdrawal requests are subject to a review period during which 1jxl may request additional documentation. Verified GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless you have explicitly selected an alternative currency option in your account settings. Currency conversion fees, if applicable for cryptocurrency withdrawals, are displayed at the time of the transaction request.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by 1jxl are subject to specific terms that are published at the point of claiming. These Terms apply universally to all promotions in addition to the specific promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Your wagering progress is displayed in real time from the Promotions section of your account dashboard. Games contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements — live dealer games and sports bets typically contribute at a lower percentage than slots. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

1jxl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if we determine, at our reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, providing false information to qualify for a promotion, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.

06 Gaming Rules & Fairness

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 1jxl platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. 1jxl accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation & Fairness

All 1jxl slot games and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are operated using physical cards, wheels, or dice under controlled studio conditions with continuous camera feeds. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for all games are published and accessible from the game information panel.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games and sports markets on the 1jxl platform. These limits are displayed within each game and betting market. 1jxl reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice. Players identified as professional bettors may be subject to reduced maximum limits at 1jxl's discretion.

6.4 Interrupted Games

In the event of a disconnection, technical failure, or interruption during a game round, 1jxl's gaming servers record the state of the game at the point of interruption. Incomplete rounds will be resolved based on the recorded game state. 1jxl is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

6.5 Voided Bets

1jxl reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or manifest mistake. In such cases, the voided stake will be returned to your account balance. Winnings generated from bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or prices will not be honored.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jxl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false personal information at registration or any subsequent point;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Allowing any third party to use your account or using any third party's account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any 1jxl personnel;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
• Money laundering or using the 1jxl platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 1jxl platform;
• Abusing the 1jxl customer support team, including using threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.

08 Responsible Gaming

1jxl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and be blocked from re-registering for a minimum of one year.

All responsible gaming controls take effect immediately upon activation. Limits that restrict activity cannot be reduced for a minimum of 24 hours after being increased, to provide a genuine cooling-off period. 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1jxl platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of 1jxl or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the 1jxl platform without the prior written consent of 1jxl. Unauthorized use of 1jxl intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1jxl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures, loss of data, unauthorized access to your account, or interruption of service.

1jxl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 1jxl's liability for death or personal injury caused by 1jxl's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data

Your use of the 1jxl platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how 1jxl collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

1jxl will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

1jxl reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1jxl will notify registered players via email and will display a notice on the platform for a minimum of seven (7) days before the updated Terms take effect. The updated Terms will always be accessible at the Terms & Conditions page of the 1jxl website.

Your continued use of the 1jxl platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your 1jxl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that no funds are subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending investigation.

13.2 Termination by 1jxl

1jxl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; you fail to cooperate with KYC verification requests; or we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, account balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

14 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your 1jxl experience, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate your complaint to a supervisor by requesting an escalation through the same channels. All escalated complaints are reviewed by a senior member of the 1jxl operations team and are responded to within ten (10) business days.

1jxl maintains records of all complaints and uses them to improve platform operations. Complaint data is never shared with third parties except where required by law or regulation.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
